BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I would like to complement NGQIQO LEMUEL TIYO for an excellent customer service, he should actually be a senior consultant and teach the other horrible 10 consultants that i have dealt with for the past month how is done. I have been trying to phone Telkom to upgrade my contract since last month and all of them say they will call me back and no one has ever called me. Only NGQIQO LEMUEL TIYO was able to assist me seamlessly today with my upgrade. I appreciate your services Mr. Tiyo and please continue giving great customer service to others like you did for me.
