Best call centre agent!

I would like to give compliment to Telkom's BEST ASSET Michael Hajee I had horrible interaction with 1 of the telkom call centre agent Malehlohonolo and I lost all hope to ever being helped but Michael Hajee changed all of that for me. He literally ran up and down to get my query sorted. I really appreciate such service he reassured me and showed empathy towards my query. From everything that's within me Michael THANK YOU I hope Telkom realises how much of an asset you are!! Please don't stop with me extend your kindness to others.
