These 5 stars are only for Daniel Mensah, not Telkom itself. I've had so many issues with my fibre over the past couple of months, i have never come across in my life someone so patient and helpful, he always goes all out, I've contacted him on weekends and after hours, but he is always eager to help. You guys have a wonderful employee, im still in awe at the extent he goes to help. I'm really grateful, I don't know what I would have done without him. Hope Telkom knows what an asset he is.
