Below Poor Customer Service

I took a cellphone with Telkom last year November along with Insurance etc. On the 12th of September I took the I took my my device in for repair at Telkom Musgrave as it was not ringing anymore and I was told I should have it back in 21 days. I was notified that via sms that it was with the couriers which I was fine with but then 2 whole weeks passed with no communication so I called and checked on my device just to find it was with the Insurers and they wanted me to pay (but how as the device was not damaged due to my negligence it was in for a technical fault, If you ask me Apples have not been the same since Steve passed on) so i point blankly refused to pay and the device was well within its 2 year warranty. I was told the device will be forwarded to the warranty department . On the the 06th of October I recieved an SMS saying my phone was with the couriers so I assumed it was on its way back to the Telkom outlet just to be disappointed by another messages on the 11th of October informing me my phone has been booked in for repairs, at this stage my phone has been with Telkom /Finrite for a good 4 weeks. When I call Telkom they forward me to Finrite and good luck getting ahold of anyone there This is the poorest service in the country

I am told that whenever Telkom tries to contact me, my phone rings once and takes whoever is calling to voicemail , which is strange as everyone elses calls seem to be coming in as normal. If Telkom cannot get a hold of me on the phone they could have sent me an email ********** I prefer written correspondence in writing anyway as I have decided to pursue to legal route with the network
