Below 1 star service!!!

I have reported our business telephone 4 weeks ago and every time I phone I am told that it will get sorted. Management even told me that it will get sorted out immediately and that they are escalating the matter yet no one has been there to sort the phone out.

I am disgusted by the customer service we are receiving from them.
