<p> Telkom prommisses on every monthly account to move your telephone free and in addition give you a new cordless telephone as a gesture of appretiation for your support. My telephone was recently moved to a new flat in the same coplex, but no new cordless telephone was given. I wrote to Telkom to complain and received an automated acknowledgement, but since then nothing further happened. I have no other obtion than to consider their adverti*****t as ********** and purposely untrue.</p>

I notice that Telkom is still publishing the untrue advert (see below) while they must be knowing that they have no intention to fullfil the promise.
