Being sold phones with factory faults

My phone had a hardware failure whilst it was under warranty and when I took it in for repairs at the Telkom store, the experience was a nightmare and eventually they issued me with a "new" device but my happiness was short lived as the "new" device has proven to have a hardware issue and again I had to take it in and be inconvenienced with not having a phone.

My contract is ending this year and that's the only great news and I'm not renewing it only to receive phones with factory faults. :( :( Job No: TRJ057426
