I have a contract with Telkom, payment went through in January, I received a thank you SMS from Telkom, statement sent to my inbox boom i now owe 400 from a hundred-rand contract. two minutes later it arears how can this happen? been paying well for years with no issues, all of a Sunday i am owing.
