Being ****** day light by Telkom

I upgraded my contract in the month of May 2022, they made me pay R202 and said it's for April month coz they didn't get any funds on my account by end of the month. Which I called in and updated them that I get paid on the 15th of every month instade I had to pay extra for something which it was their fault not mine. Now it's month of June 2022 they say I am suppose to pay extra R202 again coz they did not get funds in my account by end of month june 2022.i feel that Telkom is generating revenue with me really. So when will I stop paying this R202? I really regret updraging my contract with them cause now I have to pay this R202 every month. Their consultants are very rude I have been trying and trying to make them understand that I am not happy of me paying the R202 which it's their fault of not updating their systems on time. I am being ****** day light.
