I bought a phone on 3rd of February 2023,the phone was R5500 and bought it cash 2 days after I bought a phone the started to give me the problem, the screen started to freeze and I returned the phone to the store on 7th of February and I told them i don't want that phone anymore, I want a refund they said they're waiting for authorization they call me back within 7 days I've been waiting for their call till today the one who called for follow up ,they told me i wont get any refund because there's nothing wrong with that phone it was taken to technicians.
