Being removed from a chair by staff member

It's the second time I come here and I have had to use the ticket machine myself ... The other thing is there are 3 people serving ... All busy with contracts .. no one is doing prepaid sales. Worst was today as I'm waiting .. I take a seat and sit . One of the staff members says it's hers and tells me I should stand up .. I have been waiting waiting for 30 minutes standing
