Being OVERCHARGED!!!

I upgraded my contract to Smart Broadband Wireless LTE 20gb for R199 pm (on 24th Feb 2020). But, my Feb Invoice (A***) was R496.87... excluding pro-rata charges, it's R256 more than it should have been! I went to your Gateway branch (on 4th March 2020) but had to query it & dispute the invoice with a call center agent. I was told my dispute had been logged (R256) and that I would get an sms ... Not only did I never get any sms, but I was still billed the full amount. Now my March Invoice (A***) is R455 ... again being overcharged by R256 !!! And, no sign of ANY credit!!!

FIX IT!!!
