Being over billed over and over

I wrote about Telkom billing in March and that caused me to overpay them again they cut my services this month with the same issue I reported here of Telkom being ****mers and overbilled clients. I can not be paying an extra 200 every month I didn't sign up for and the worst part is Telkom doesn't even have a customer care line you can reach if you are not a Telkom user.
