Being misinformed by a telkom sales consultant after a telephonicaly legally binding contract was confirmed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how many times do I need to take Telkom on to hellopeter, after which everything goes so well, I then get misinformed, and inconvenienced. I received my Adsl internet statement on the 09.05.2019. I then saw on the email that there was a package for fibre for 10MBPS for R649, which I was interested in. I called them the same day call ref number : 217363. spoke to a guy and checked if I have fibre in the area, they confirmed I did. I then was asked to call the sales department and they again checked the fibre in my area and confirmed I did and that I was eligible for this package. we discussed the package and the contract and terms were all confirmed telephonically. I received no call by the 20.05.2019 and decided to call in to follow up on order and was to my surprise told that the order was cancelled as there is no fibre with Telkom in my area. but no one discussed this with me until I had to call in. they explained that it is Vuma fibre in the area and the package is R807 in which we first agreed on R649 package. I did speak to a supervisor by the name of Marlon Naidoo in which he said he will have to escalate this matter as I was mis informed about the product. i have a legally binding call between myself and Telkom sales agent. i do not expect anything less that what i was promised else i will be taking this matter a lot further as i have a legal right to be provided with what i was promised and what was supposed to be arranged. i am not sure how it will be sorted out, but i demand that this gets sorted out else this will not be the last Telkom hears from me. a telephone contract is legally binding and all calls is recorded and this is what i expect to get. i will need my feedback within this week as this has been a big delay on getting my stuff
