Being kept ransom by Telkom

For the past 10 months telkom has been charging my account for a service they are not providing. After eventually cancelling the contract they still debit my account with even more than before. Are there an end to this madness? Its literally giving R1100 away every month for no reason and if you try stopping the debit they blacklist you. In the current economic situation we find ourselves in is this Telkom doing it's part in sucking consumers dry?
