Being harassed by Telkom attorneys

In November 2018 we cancelled our Telkom account, December 2018 we made our final payment.

In April 2019 we were informed by Telkom that everything is resolved our last statement showed that no money was owed. Then we started getting SMSs from Telkom's attorneys DC FOURIE & ASSOCIATES saying that money is owed to Telkom. We again phoned Telkom and were informed that there are no issues and everything is resolved and they will contact their attorneys to update their records.

After this the SMSs started coming through more frequently and we phoned the attorneys and spoke to them directly, spoke to a Anna who was exceptionally rude and unprofessional and after explaining to her that Telkom said it is resolved she said she will contact them and get back to us, she never did.

We now received an SMS saying that we have been handed over. Called them again and again the only response is that they will call us back.

Please stop harassing us and get your systems updated.
