Being charged for unnecessary things.

I have sent this email twice, someone did call me but after 30 minutes of holding the call gets cut and my problem is not resolved \Please note I do not know if I must be polite or not to Telkom as the service given is just pathetic. I am awaiting a manager to call me from the accounts department from the 18th of November. I am using this email as it seems to be the only email that works from [Email Removed] Please note just get someone from the accounts department to call me on ***. I am not going to waste my airtime on telkom's pathetic service. This is regarding Telkom charging me for internet that I did not have at the point. So they charged me R2679.72.SMS was sent 16/11/2015 I put a dispute through regarding this matter and on 23/11/2015 I was sent an SMS saying I owe R676.91. so I take the matter was resolved. I paid the amount . Now I received another SMS saying I owe another R1471.60 . FOR WHAT????? I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET WITH TELKOM ANYMORE. Please get your things sorted.
