Being charged for two contracts instead of 1

2 years ago I opened a Telkom contract via open serve . I was due for a contract renewal and a Telkom representative called me and informed me I’ll be renewing my contract but for a cheaper price I agreed . Only to find out they are giving me a new contract so currently I’m being charged for two contracts for fibre . Why would you mislead me like that ?????????????????????????????????
