being charged for nothing
Telkom installed a new telephone line after it was asked to install an ADSL line...<br> They installed it, and then I asked to migrate to ADSL.<br> No one has done that yet.<br> It has been three months now.<br> I am being billed R400 instead of R185 per month like contractually agreed!<br> They are ****ing me over. <br> I am cancelling my contract.
