being charged for an item that was never used

purchased two routers from mondo,partner of telkom ,items took too long to arrive ,had taken out contracts with telkom directly ,items were canceled within the time frame whereby you could return it without being billed ,this item was supposed to be collected over a year ago ,which no one has come to collect ,received an email from nudebt ,stating that a huge amount is owing still after they have been debiting my account ,which they have not refunded ,have reference numbers and the items are still sealed ,never been used ,yet telkom is handing the matter over to nudebt ,when they are clearly at fault
