Being charged for a subscribtion that we did not want

Hii telkom has been charging people for subscribtions they did not take up for the past 4 months and when called 2 query about why are we being charged they say its a new thing and its a error on their side and we cant do anything to stop it untill it is sorted So we must just accept that money is being taken and if we don't have the money 2 pay for that extra that we didnt want they will cut everything off because its part of the bill
