Being charged for a service I do not have.

<p>My house burned down on the 24th October so I have no telephone or internet line. I tried to put my account with Telkom on hold while I am not in my house, which they have refused to do saying that either I can suspend the line but will still be charged services or cancel my contract which is suppose to end in March 2017 which I will be charged penalty fees, why should I be charged for anything because that's what Telkom wants, it's against the law to bill a person for services they do not receive. Telkom is now trying to ***** me!!! I was also told by the Telkom agent that my DStv Explora and ADSL Router will be replaced because I'm still under contract but if it cancelled then I won't get my replaced things. Telkom will try anything to ***** a persons money. </p>
