Being charged for a service i do not even have

<p>Hi</p> <p>I have tried to call telkom numerous times for assistance with a debit going off my account. consultants canme to our office a few months ago and i opted for a telkom internet modem. I never received that modenm and yet i am being debited. i am trying to cancel this immediately. it is sad that i need to go onto hellp peter to try and get this resolved.</p>
