Being charged extra by over R300 and no justification for it.

I have been a Telkom client for many years now. I have an DSL and landline.

my account has always been in the range of R700 - R750 per month.

Last month it was R1111.00 and now this month it is R1120.00

How is that even possible?

Am I paying for something new? Something that I am not getting?

I need a answer please as it is ridiculous that my account can climb by over R300 two months in a row.
