Being Charged extra

Good day I've been with telkom since Ive bought myself a phone. For the past 5 months I've been paying penalties. Well the say everytime wen they want to debate money theirs no money in my account of which the is money. Then I asked them how can I resolve this they say I should pay before the debit date and I did that. But still I'm paying penalties. Next thing my bill went sky rocket. Wen I ask them why they say I've subscribed to something that changes me everyday OK no problem please unsubcribe me. And they didn't. I called them today cause my invoice says money has been dabbled 2x wen I ask what's going on the say the was no money in my account yet iv payed telkom 10days before the debt order.
