Being charged and paying for something I don't have and am not getting.

29 Sep 2021, 16:18 Bad Service As per my review submitted on 29 September 2021 for which I never received a response... I have had no access nor been able to use this service since then and yet I am still being charged for it monthly...it was a 24 month contract that ended at the end of 2021. Please rectify immediately as I am charged for something I don't have and am not getting... Dear Telkom Customer. Payment for your mobile service is overdue, avoid credit bureau listing and collection by attorneys by making payment using *** for R499.7 by selecting Telkom from the beneficiary list supp**** by your bank, or PicknPay /Shoprite /Spar /PostOffice using your bill, or online at https://apps.telkom.co.za/alpha/public/register. Ignore SMS if you have paid.
