Being charged after contract should have been cancelled.

Disgusted by how Telkom operates. My contract terms came to an end and the contract was supposed to cancelled instead of that happening it went on month to month and instead of being done with telkom I receive a bill of R800 out of nowhere. While I understand a R200 unpaid debt order fee but for a contract that was supposed to be cancelled is ****************.
