being called a **** now

so this morning at 08h05 i received a call from eric who works for telkom a whole week later after i sent the email,so he tells me that he calling about the email ,that was sent that i did not receive laptop yet so i told him i received it ,i then asked him so are you not calling about the hello peter mail i posted he says no,now i get a very disturbing voice mail telling me striaght out that i was helped by the manager in that store and that i did not want to be helped by a manager if justice and elvis are managers then yes i was ,but unfortunelty they are not and they dont know how to deal with customers infact because i work in the mall i was told i can come back when his done you are all a bunch of ***** and you know what now telkom is not taking responsibility for bad attitude in the store and this was as simple as somneone picking up the phone and finding out from the couriers were the laptop is and to top it all off i was short delivered but Rabia has been of great help ,she should actually teach that group a thing or 2 AND WHAT THEY DONT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT I AM A CLIENT AT THE END OF THE DAY ,but this voicemaill from Eric is actually a joke i wish i could POST it
