Being billed months after services had been cancelled.

Account was disconected by request on 27 July 2017. A month later I am still being billed for services. Financial department claims account had been reconnected. No request for reconnection was sent. Other Financial Department Employee claims that the disconnection is pending despite connection being closed on 27 July 2017.
