Being billed for something that was paid up a long time ago

My contract came to an end on 17 April 2023. Mind you I paid my phone and 2 modems up over a year ago (I basically settled the entire bill). Yesterday I got a debit and today 01/05 I went to my nearest Telkom to go and enquire why I am being billed, mind you once again I wentbto telkom beginning of April to.confirm when mu contracts end and I had asked the lady if I owe anything just to double check I was told I told owe anything and telkom infact owes me R50.

Today I went to enquire and was told I was being billed for SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!

what services. I paid up my contract long time ago. Called on the day it came an end so I'm damn confused.
