Being Billed For Something Cancelled

My Telkom account came off my wife's bank account & in Feb she changed banks & the debit order for Feb bounced. I was charged a R200.94 levy for that. The very next day I did an eft and paid the account in full. I then phoned Telkom & asked that the debit order be removed as going forward, I'll pay the account cash. I was told that this was done. On 23 March I made a cash payment into the account and yet, at the end of March, they tried to debit my wife's account again. The day after they tried to process the debit order, I phoned Telkom and I told the lady I spoke to that I cancelled the debit order and that because they tried again, I'm going to be charged the R200.94 again. She told me that the account was updated to cash and that she would make a note on the system to not charge me the levy for the failed debit order. No surprise as to what happened when I received my new bill... there's a charge for R200.94 for the failed debit order. Tried calling but couldn't get through so I did the chat thing on the website and in the middle of the conversation with a Zinhle, she asks me if I'm talking about bank charges & when I say no, she leaves the chat! Not impressed b
