Being billed for cancelled account and cannot stop it!

Gave notice to cancel My business Telephone line in May, just got billed for July. Been on hold for days trying to sort this out every time someone finally answers - usually after 20 mins of being on hold - an automated voice says “ the mailbox is full” and cuts off the call!!! There is bad service and the there is this is service!!! Shocking!
