Being billed for a line I cancelled 4 months ago

I cannot get Telkom to stop billing me! On the 4 June 2015 I went into the Tygervalley Telkom branch to cancel my telkom lines and internet as I had moved. A technician came out to my new residence soon after and found that it was impossible to install a Telkom line in my unit because they could not get a draw line. I then went to a Telkom branch just to check and confirm that all my services at Telkom had been cancelled, as I requested on 4 June.Since then I have been billed every single month and I receive weekly internet summaries (showing Zero usage). I have visited two more branches to report the matter, sent an email and called customer services twice ( I have ref no's). The operators told me that they could see that my telephone line had been cancelled but that the internet still had not been, confirming that it was Telkom's mistake and remarked that it would be impossible to have use of the internet without having lines installed so it made no sense to have cancelled the one and not the other. I have now received a bill for October, addressed to my new flat, where there is not even a telephone line! Please get your billing admin in order, 7 failed attempts is shocking!
