Being billed double for cancelled service

I went to the telkom shop in the grove mall on the 1st of November and asked for my LTE service to be cancelled, I filled in all the documentation. On the 30th of November another debit order for R999 went off my account, I reversed this debit order via my bank, yesterday the 8th of December another debit order went off for R1998.

I want my money back this is called theft!!!
