Being billed and placed on ITC after cancellation

I've opted to make use of another provider for cost reasons. I went to Century City branch and was given instructions as to what and how to go about. On 18 May i requested to have my services cancelled. I received response stating that it could take up to 21 working days. My new provider gave me a free month to ensure cancellation process with Telkom. To my dismay, my services weren't cancelled at all after I've contacted them literally over 30 times almost everyday, no one could tell me what's happening. Was told that there;s no cancellation pending and the next day im being told that the cancellation is under review.I get told someone will contact me, but to date nothing. Ive now been paying Telkom and new service provider plus my lines been suspended. was told that they would write off some of the funds but nothing. I have now been paying two providers and in the interim cancelled the other provider and now I'm liable for the router costs. Called 30 Aug again and agent told me that my line is active, only to get home to see that again I've been misled. I was instructed byJody to pay R702 to have my line re-activated which i did and sent proof, two days later i received an sms stating i need to pay R592 or my line will be suspended (bearing in mind my line is already suspended. Made the payment to ensure my ITC gets updated and cleared. as im typing this letter, my line's still not active. Telkom's been *****ing and robbing innocent people. The matter is now being escalated with Icasa for further investigation, but doubt ill have any resolution soon. Ive explored all options and avenues but without any success.
