Being billed after i cancelled

Good day

2 years ago i purchased a Telkom modem contract and wanted to cancel after 24months, i paid Telkom my last installment and canceled, i'm still being billed i do not want this contract anymore, please cancel this contract before i hand Telkom over to NCR.
