Bein spammed by telkom for account not in my name.

Constantly being sent sms messages about an account in arrears that is not in my name. Blocking does not help as it keeps being sent from new automatically generated numbers. Pasted below. "Legal Notice: Mr/s STRYDOM,unpaid Telkom Acc -***, R5350.69. Pay today!NuDebt ***."
