Been waiting for LTE since december

I ordered LTE online early December then having received no response i ordered LTE Once again mid December. Finally Around the 10th of January i had a call from LTE specialist to come confirm the signal. <br> <br> The signal was good so i filled in the necessary documentation and was told my LTE unit will be delivered in a week. Its almost been a full month again and still no word and cant get through to customer service<br> I have no idea whats happening or if i should just contact a different supplier.
