Been waiting for a refund for 5 months!!!!

Money was taken out of my account to confirm that my debit orders will go out of the correct account and I was told I will be refunded within 3 months. After 3 months nothing happened. I have been phoning telkom being told the billing department will phone me back, nothing happens. I have been emailing without response and my previous hello peter post was responded to asking my number and nothing further. This is pathetic. I want my money back seeing that it has technically been ****** by Telkom.
