Been waiting 3weeks for a wireless charger that was supposed to come with my Samsung Galaxy S8 . Was told that they are waiting for stock & now they are saying they don't give wireless chargers anymore.

The Store I am refering to is the big Telkom store in Alberton City. I have been with Telkom for 4years now. Never had an issue before. About 3 weeks ago I upgraded and got the Samsungs Galaxy S8 that was advertised to comr with a wireless charger. I was told that they do not have stock but have ordered so they would contact me as soon as they receive it. I went back a wek later and spoke to a lady , she said that the manager would go and get one right away from another branch and will contact me as soon as he gets back. I waited another week and went there today again. The excuse now is that it is an error on the website and in the booklets ????? How is this possible . They then said they will give me a powerbank instead... I refused , why do I sign for something that was advertised and promised to me for 3 weeks and then this ? I have been very patient the past few weeks but this is un acceptable.
