Been waiting 3 months for my antenna to be installed

<p>I have had the Smart broadband"uncapped" deal since july last year , i have no internet speed and have beenn begging telkom to install my antenna for months. All they can do promptly is debit my account. This is unacceptable i cant even say i have internet. I have followed all instructions sent my details to the relevant part ********** but have not been called even once.</p> <p> </p>
