Been trying to sort out my internet for 48 hours!

I've called Telkom on Tuesday asking for assistance with my internet. A lady promised someone would call me back. Nobody did. Called again on Wednesday. Got a case number and a promise that somebody would call me back in 2 to 4 hours. Nobody did! Today I tried 4 times to get to the right person responsible for my case. Just to hear that my case has been closed. Still nobody has called me yet!! What is going on!!
