BEEN HOLDING FOR OVER 2 HOURS

I have been requesting my proof of purchase for my device and had been sent from pillar to post. My device was ****** and now Samsung is in possession of it. I bought my device online. Telkom is now my the only source of evidence that i bought my device and now they are not helping
