Been HELL trying to cancel my service with Telkom

For the past few months, I have tried to get my service canceled with Telkom (HELkom) as they were not able to provide me with the service after moving into my new home. They currently sit with R1400 in Deposit money of me. After I had to pay an additional R700 when we moved into the new home and they were not able to move my line from the old house to the new house in the same town. I tried sending emails and using the app or the website but with no luck.. I eventually stopped paying as I no longer using it.
