Been bill after cancellation

I cancelled my line more than a month ago, I received a bill (12-04-2015) after contacting telkom I was told to ignore that bill and I would be my final bill on the 12th of May. 1st I have just been debited the amount for the bill I was told to ignore. 2nd I should not receive any bill as I have cancelled my bill more than a month ago. ***
