been assulted in a telkom shop

On Saturday (last) i was in Menlyn Telkom shop buying an adaptor, as a long and loyal customer. Been impatient of the slowness of the cashier i asked if i can pay and go due to a ling time standing already. Where she told me arrogantly i nust stand in the Q and wait my turn. I took of another adaptore froma the shelve and put in on the counter with the money and said she can scan it and there is the money for it. I turned an walk away when she tru me with full force with the adaptor on my back and shouted i must wait. As i turnaround she flicked the money on the floor must a say in front of all the people in the shop. Such treatment i Never saw in my life. This is just a note to say this matter will be dealt with and i expect telkom to do something with immediate effect
