Been 2 months since fault been logged and no response

Hi

Everyday i phone telkom from our cellphone and everyday they give us the same nonsense and lie to us it would be sorted out today its been a month with out landline and internet and they don't seem to care. It's so fustrating because they say a technician will come out everyday and we stay home and wait and no one comes out. I don't know what else to do now
