Be*****ed by Telkom Alberton City Mall next to Game entrance and Old Mutual

I bought a phone on contract at the Telkom Alberton City Mall shop next to the Game entrance. I lost the phone reported it claimed for the insurance and was made to pay access of R1880 to Old Mutual. It is the second week now I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered. The service from the store level to the insurance call center is a nightmare. They do not want to replace my phone after de*****ing me of my premiums for insurance access money of R1880,00. Be alert of this *****ulent activity with Alberton Telkom and Old Mutual. Guys at Telkom I would like to have my phone because you have taken my money already you ********s and the service is awful .
