BECAUSE I AM DARKIE

Please need help with telkom, I was called last year and was advised that i am due for an upgrade & i took the new router sim upgrade. Got a call in december from couriers that there are at my building to deliver although i was unavailable advised the couriers to deliver the following week & tht was never done, called telkom on Tuesday (08/01/19) & spoke to sisanda at 15:25pm she said she wil put through my request for couriers to send out the router & still nothing came through. I called again Tuesday(15/01/19) & spoke to sinegugu 09:20 am & i am getting a response saying she wil again send a request for me there is nothing she can do besides tht. This i really poor service for a long clients like me, i feel this is a racial thing cause if it was Mr/Mrs Whitehead or Fisher their request would have been done just like that but in this instance is "U DARKIE" as always. Can I get assistance cause I am without internet at the moment.
