Becarefull of Telkom Contracts and their LIES

Telkom is a company full of lies and manipulative. I upgraded to a new contract and took a R299 monthly payments of A75 5G to be paid over 3 years. This is the second month and Telkom is debiting R624 which now includes R200 'device fee', R139 'free me' and R285 'device obligation fee.

When you call their customer care you talking to the robort that's giving useless commands. I want to know what happened to the R299 that I signed for and am I going to pay this R624 for the next 3 years when I dont even have an iphone.

I took R299 monthly payments over 3 years because thats what I could afford !!!
